Milan recently painted our main floor including our 2 story foyer and skylight.  He efficiently provided a quote for our space and was able to complete the job within 1 week. All of the work was completed by himself,  he was punctual, he took care with the space and protecting surfaces while working, he was pleasant to work with; and, his painting was meticulous! I highly recommend Milan Painting for interior and exterior painting and popcorn/california ceiling removal.  He did the ceiling and walls for my entire house (about 3000 sq. ft), as well as painting interior and garage doors. He did an outstanding job, prepping the walls and ceiling by sanding, smoothing and filling in holes prior to the actual painting.  And he ensured the edges were sharp where the walls meet the ceiling. Not only did he do an amazing job of the painting itself, but he was meticulous and organized in ensuring the floors and rooms were protected prior to working in an area. We can’t say enough positive things about Milan and his work. He removed our popcorn and repaired the ceiling, painted 5 rooms, halls, stairs and railing. Everything looks great. We added  2 additional rooms after we saw his great work. The estimate was very fair and no extras were added as the work was done. Milan takes great pride in his work and made sure that we are 100% happy. His communication is clear and complete, he is efficient and tidy. We definitely recommend Milan Painting. Milan removed popcorn ceiling in our living room, dining room , kitchen and family room.  It was a very messy job, but Milan did a superb job of containing the mess.  He was fast, thorough (going beyond what was required) and reasonably priced.  I would strongly and happily recommend him.
